A & C Link is an outsourcing agency that specializes in the recruitment of reliable and long-term Virtual Employees, mainly based in Cebu, Philippines. We look after the entire outsourcing process for our clients from end-to-end, which includes: hiring, briefing, project managing, HR, payroll, Government contribution, and replacement cover.

This means that all you need to do is tell us what you need to outsource, and we will find the most reliable Virtual Professional for the job so that you can focus more on the core operations of your business while we handle the rest.

We ensure that each Virtual Professional will be equipped with the basic knowledge that they need, we teach them systems, programs and documentation widely used, basically, we give them the necessary foundation in order to get them ready to work with a client.

 

With over 9 years of experience being Virtual Employees, we know how the outsourcing industry works and how to make Virtual Employees happy, because we believe that valued and happy virtual employees return that positive vibe in a domino effect that reflects in their performance and throughout the organization. So, we are developing a diligent process in screening, interviewing, training and other VP programs that will surely enhance one’s skills to increase the productivity level and to have a more positive attitude at work.

Where do you source your Virtual Professionals?

A & C Link is a group of friends surrounded by Virtual Professional experience peers. This means that we have internal heads that we have screened, worked and trust.

If our existing talent is at capacity or your requirements are unique, we will list your Job Requirements internally and share this link with our internal team, friends, common friends, Private Facebook Groups that we share with potential candidates.

All new talent will have to go through the Panel Interview and pass tests such as skills, technology, personality and aptitude tests and sometimes DISC Profiling before proceeding into the Client Interview phase.

This is why our Virtual Professionals are more dedicated and reliable than other outsourcing providers and freelancer websites.

Where are the Virtual Professionals Based?

Our Virtual Professionals are from Cebu Philippines.

Does the Virtual Professional work for me or for you?

A & C Link is the employer of your Virtual Professionals but they are assigned to work for you.
This means that we cover all things from HR, Payroll, Government Contribution, insurance and replacement cover and more so that you do not have to worry about these things.

Do the Virtual Professional speak English?

We only hire skilled and proficient English-speaking Virtual Professionals to remove the communication barriers you may encounter with freelancers and other outsourcing providers.

What if I am not happy with my Virtual Employee?

If you would like to change your Virtual Employee for any reason, please notify us immediately, so we can help you find a replacement as quickly as possible. Your replacement options include:

  1. Work with your existing Virtual Professional until we can find you a replacement

  2. Stop work with your Virtual Professional immediately and wait for the replacement (we will pause your payment and make sure you are only charged from the day the new Virtual Employee starts work)

  3. Stop work with your Virtual Professional immediately and work with one of our temporary covers to complete the task while you wait for the replacement.

How do I monitor my Virtual Professional work?

All our Virtual Professionals are required to send you a daily work report where they will list all the tasks that they’ve worked on each day and any issues they’ve encountered.

We always encourage our clients to place trust in our Virtual Professionals by measuring performance rather than a time tracking tool unless otherwise specified.

What happens if there is a work interruption?

In case of work interruptions such as power outages, internet issues or family emergencies, your Virtual Professional is instructed to send immediate notice to our Management Team and to you.


If the Virtual Professional was working on an urgent task for you, we will find you a fast replacement to get the work done.

What about confidential business information?

All Virtual Professional sign a confidentiality agreement, wherein they are not permitted to share or discuss work-related details with people other than their client and work team.


Should you decide to share log-in details, credit card information and other personal or business information, A & C Link will not be liable for any loss or issues that may arise from the misuse of such information.
