We will pair you with qualified Virtual Professional according to your needs who has a background, experience and required skills on all the tasks that you would like to get done.  From there, you can choose from top-vetted VP’s and conduct an online interview via Google Meet, Skype or Zoom. 

 

You have also an option to leave this part to us if you need someone urgently! We will ensure to find the right match for you!

On a Video Call

STEP 1

Email or call us to book a free discovery call with our Outsourcing Team to discuss which tasks from your list that you would like to outsource.
We will also plan a strategy to ensure that we provide you the best Virtual Professional that’s tailor-fit to your needs.
We will guide you on how to make the most out of your VP’s time, ensuring every penny you spend is worth it!

Business Handshake

STEP 3

Once you have found the perfect VP that is right for you, we will be sending you an agreement and guidelines for working with Virtual Professional, along with access to tools that we use to track and manage your VP’s time.

You will have a dedicated Contact Manager who will be guiding and assisting you from time to time and to ensure proper communication with your Virtual Professional!

A report will be sent to you weekly or fortnightly.

WHAT'S NEXT?

The process doesn't stop there after you've hired your Virtual Professional. We assist you and your VP all through the journey. We will support you in the initial transition stage to ensure that any miscommunications and misunderstandings will be avoided.

Hereon, we will handle all HR matters for you from payroll, VP attendance, performance, reporting, appraisals, benefits, Government obligations and anything else that may arise.
