This part-time role's hours are anywhere between 15-25 hours per week for an initial period of 6 months, which includes an additional two weeks of training.

 

We envisage that the right candidate will have an opportunity to grow with our team long-term.

With a focus on building introductions, your responsibilities will not involve any direct selling, but rather focus on lead generation over the phone. All leads and target contacts will be provided to you, and your job is to use your persuasive communication skills to entice them to book an appointment with a member of our external sales team.

 

B2B lead generation, building and maintaining a customer database, and cold calling businesses are duties you will perform on a daily basis. The hours are flexible, so are also, and you will make this role your own.

Do you have experience with:

● Conveying confidence in others?

● Pitching technology solutions to medium and large corporates?

● Using proven frameworks and methodologies to get results?

 

Essentials

● 3+ years of sales/telemarketing experience

● Own a PC/Laptop & Have a Good Internet Connection

● Ability to work from home in a quiet environment

● Extensive B2B outbound lead generation or telemarketing experience. Be highly motivated, hardworking and can work autonomously.

● Excellent phone manner and able to handle a vast array of potential clientele.

● Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.

● Hunger to exceed KPI's and succeed.

● Persistence, resilience, and determination to succeed.

● MUST be highly self-driven.
